Horrible customer service! I’ve only been here to sell. I decided to give it a second chance so I went back again today. And I will never come back again! The employee who looked through my items was very rude. At the beginning she said it would take about 3hrs to get through my one bag since there were customers in front of me, which is understandable. But once I received my text, come to my surprise I only got offered $20 for a few pieces (honestly not the best clothes from the bunch). I told them I had suits/pieces that went together and they said I needed to put them together beforehand, even though they were all in the same bag. Then, they were trying to separate a pair of dress up pants and a vest, which went together from Janie&Jack...the employee gave me a nonsense excuse saying that they didn’t take that type of material, even though they were trying to keep the pants (same material). It was a total waste of my time. If I ever try to go to another one of these stores, it’ll definitely be another location. Too bad I can’t give it any negative stars! Giving it one seems too much for my experience.
